I help organizations connect fragmented data and build the governance and operating foundations needed to use AI responsibly, especially in regulated and high-consequence environments. I lead product strategy, roadmaps, data governance, AI governance, and cross-functional operations that turn AI ambition into practical, trusted products.

Pharma & Life Sciences AI — Led product strategy and go-to-market for 50+ conversational AI and NLU-powered voice and chat products across global top-50 life sciences companies, including Bayer, Moderna, Merck, and Eli Lilly, as Head of cAI Products at conversationHEALTH. Drove over 70% of company revenue and contributed to its acquisition by Swoop in under four years. Full FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP compliance, including adverse event detection and pharmacovigilance-integrated deployments.

Enterprise Data Platforms — At Genesys Cloud, owned product strategy and roadmap across the Customer Data and Custom Data Management layer as one of the founding PMs on the Event Data Platform, serving 6,000+ enterprise customers including Uber, Humana, and IKEA. Built GDPR-compliant data governance, scoped audit trail integration, and defined role-based access control for the sCustomer Data and Custom Data Management layer. That customer 360 layer powers personalization across Genesys AI products: Predictive Routing, Virtual Agent, and Agent Copilot.

Aerospace — Aerospace Project Engineer before product. Led HW/SW integration testing and safety-critical software certification for F-22 Raptor, F-35 Lightning II, C-17 Globemaster III, and Airbus A350 Environmental Control Systems under DO-178B and ARP4754A. Available for eVTOL and advanced air mobility AI product engagements.
